SDG&E is issuing a Request for Offers (RFO) to solicit offers involving Resource Adequacy (RA) capacity including System RA as well as Import RA. Respondents may submit offers for System RA (NP-15 or SP-15) where SDG&E buys System RA, and/or Import RA sold at select intertie Scheduling Points/Branch Groups where SDG&E buys Import RA. The RFO considers using intertie RA import allocations at the following Scheduling Points: MALIN 500, MEAD 230, NOB or PVWEST. Respondents may offer import RA at other intertie points if import allocations at those locations are included in the proposal. Products are available with or without Flex options. Participation requires completion of the Offer Form and either the Confirmation Template or Import RA Confirmation Template. Multiple offers are acceptable. Any Respondent selected for the shortlist must promptly submit a Credit Application with required supporting information.
