SVCE is seeking proposals for comprehensive commercial real estate agent services. The scope of work includes: consultations with staff to understand SVCE's facility needs; development of commercial lease strategies including conducting studies of comparable properties; presentations to Board Directors and staff; participation and/or hosting of on-site tours of potential properties; assistance with analysis of lease offers; and full representation of staff through the entire real estate transaction process including negotiations, closing, and all other services and activities typical of commercial real estate transactions. SVCE has immediate needs for additional square footage, functional work space, and an enhanced collaborative work area as the agency evolves from start-up phase to operations.
