San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E) seeks to purchase Local Resource Adequacy (RA) capacity products with load serving entities, marketers and generators to assist in optimizing its RA portfolio. The solicitation aims to minimize the procurement cost impact for ratepayers while meeting SDG&E's Resource Adequacy Requirement (RAR). Respondents may submit proposals for Local SD-IV RA products without Flex or with Flex Category 1, 2, or 3 in Calendar, Quarterly, Monthly, or Daily terms. Participation requires completion of the Proposal Form and Confirmation Template. Multiple proposals are acceptable. Any respondent selected for the shortlist must promptly submit a Credit Application with required supporting information.
