San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E) seeks to sell 2023 and 2024 System and Local Resource Adequacy (RA) capacity products with or without Flexible attributes. The solicitation is open to load serving entities, marketers, and generators. Respondents may submit proposals for any or all of the following RA-related Products: (1) Local SD-IV – without Flex; with Flex Category 1, 2, or 3 (Annually, Quarterly, Monthly); (2) System – without Flex; with Flex Category 1, 2, or 3 (Annually, Quarterly, Monthly). Participation requires completion of the Proposal Form and Confirmation Template. Multiple proposals are acceptable. Respondents selected for the shortlist must submit a Credit Application with required supporting information.
