Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is soliciting distributed solar and storage resources as a significant component of PSE's preferred portfolio from the 2021 Integrated Resource Plan and part of PSE's strategy for achieving the targets under the Clean Energy Transformation Act. PSE is working on developing and testing a virtual power plant (VPP) platform that will be used to dispatch Distributed Energy Resources (DERs). The RFP is seeking proposals for distributed solar and storage systems that can integrate with PSE's VPP platform.
