PacifiCorp is interested in offering 2023 through June 2025 vintage RECs (unbundled and or bundled) from eligible renewable resources. The RECs have specific characteristics including: being generated by resources eligible for Washington or Oregon RPS, eligible for Green-e National Standard, certified by the California Energy Commission as an RPS-eligible resource, may be delivered in a structure that conforms to the definition and attributes required for compliance with the California Renewables Portfolio Standard Program, and generated by resources having obtained California RPS LORS Certification. Certain resources, while not listed in Table 1, are also eligible for PCC2 and/or PCC3, including Cedar Springs Wind I, Cedar Springs Wind II, Cedar Springs Wind III, Ekola Flats Wind, TB Flats Wind I, and TB Flats Wind II.
