San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E) is issuing this Request for Proposal to seek offers from third parties interested in purchasing 2022 and 2023 Portfolio Content Category 3 (PCC 3) REC product from eligible renewable resources under contract with SDG&E. The RFP seeks unbundled REC sales for one-time transfer of renewable energy credits. The anticipated product consists of 2022 RECs up to 1,000,000 units and 2023 RECs up to 200,000 units. Delivery window starts no earlier than CPUC Approval. This solicitation is authorized by D.23-12-008 from the California Public Utilities Commission.
