Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO), an American Electric Power Company, is issuing this 2026 All-Source RFP, targeting up to 4,000 megawatts (MW) of SPP accredited capacity through a combination of Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSA), Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and Capacity Purchase Agreements (CPA). Generation resources must have an expected Commercial Operation Date (COD) by 11/30/2029, with requirement for resources located within Oklahoma. The generation resources may include but are not limited to renewables (wind, solar and battery storage) and thermal (natural gas-fired generation, hydrogen and other resources).
