PacifiCorp is offering Oregon Clean Fuels Program (CFP) Credits through a reverse RFP. The minimum amount of credits bid by a prospective buyer should not be less than 100 credits. There is no maximum number of CFP credits set at this time, though PacifiCorp may limit the maximum number of credits for which it accepts bids at its discretion. Credits will be transferred via the online Oregon Fuels Reporting System under the OR CFP and CFP Rules. All terms of sale are set forth in the Oregon Clean Fuels Program Credit Sales Agreement.
