The Cape Light Compact JPE seeks qualified professionals to provide comprehensive energy efficiency program management services. The scope includes implementation of energy efficiency programs serving 200,500 customers across 21 towns on Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. Key responsibilities include: managing and operating the Energy Efficiency Program with full supervision and control of all subcontractors; energy assessments and measure installations; comprehensive customer services including non-English speaker support; marketing and customer engagement; call center operations; electronic data management and tracking systems; quality control and customer satisfaction protocols; coordination with multiple vendors to provide comprehensive services to customers; follow-up on customer recommendations; and multi-year tracking of measure implementations and savings. The Program must meet delivery projections and support environmental justice initiatives. Proposer must demonstrate experience with non-lighting technologies and comprehensive service delivery. The Contract term runs through December 31, 2024 with options for three one-year extensions.
