The engagement encompasses three primary components: (1) providing information and options for control center design, equipment, and capabilities; (2) working collaboratively with ERCOT staff to identify and document current and future needs, review available options, and determine high-level requirements; and (3) developing written specifications suitable for inclusion in a subsequent design-build procurement.
The consultant will partner with ERCOT staff throughout the specification development process to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and technical requirements.
