This RFP seeks a data management provider to oversee and manage services necessary for the operation of Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) programs. The primary services requested include: (1) management of customer account data; (2) exchanging customer usage, billing, and payment data with PG&E; (3) an interactive voice response (IVR) system with integration into provided data management platforms; and (4) for SVCE a contact center service with designated subject matter experts specifically serving SVCE. PCE is looking for phone system support but not contact center staffing. Services include Electronic Data Exchange, Qualified Reporting Entity (QRE) Services, Customer Information System, IVR, Customer Contact Center (for SVCE only), Billing Administration, Reporting, Settlement Quality Meter Data, and additional data analytics services.
