Southern California Edison (SCE) is issuing this Request for Offers to solicit offers from Sellers providing 2024 Demand Response Resource Adequacy (RA) resources under a standard, non-negotiable purchase agreement. This RFO is in accordance with the California Public Utility Commission (CPUC) staff proposal in the demand response OIR (R.13-09-011) and CPUC Decision D.23-01-006, which requires an additional auction for 2024 Delivery for DRAM. This RFO solicits offers to sell System RA, Local RA, and Flexible RA.
