Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) is seeking a qualified consultant to provide a comprehensive, white-glove, customer-facing advisory service (referred to as "Concierge") to their customers. The Concierge service will help customers access the myriad programs and resources offered by SVCE and other entities as applicable to a given customer. The service will focus on residents and owners of single-family homes and small multi-family properties (4 units or fewer) with non-central systems, while also being prepared to respond to residents in larger multi-family properties. The Concierge service includes five core elements: (1) Hotline and Web Interface, (2) Incentives Layering Assistance, (3) Technical Assistance, (4) Electrification Plans, and (5) Program Referrals. The primary goals are to provide seamless support to connect customers to SVCE's program offerings, assist customers in advancing toward fully electrifying their homes, provide enhanced support to low-income and other underserved customer segments, and support the end goal of whole-home electrification. The consultant will be responsible for development, implementation, and ongoing management of the Concierge service, including creating a web interface, setting up a phone hotline, training staff, integrating with other programs, and conducting ongoing program evaluation. SVCE is expecting to offer the Concierge service for at least 3 years.
