Pacific Power is seeking to re-procure program delivery services for its energy efficiency programs for residential and business customers in Washington and California for the next three to five years. The RFP covers the Home Energy Savings program and Wattsmart Business program. The period of performance for contract(s) from this RFP is expected to begin in early 2024. Pacific Power is encouraging bids from proposers representing minority-owned, women-owned, disabled-veteran-owned businesses. Bidders are encouraged to seek local delivery staff/partners based in communities they serve and to find customer/trade ally facing staff who are minorities, women, and/or can show disadvantage. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are needed especially for Washington. The energy efficiency programs are a key strategy in PacifiCorp's Integrated Resource Plan and Clean Energy Implementation Plan, expected to help customers save more than 4,950 megawatts of electricity over the next 20 years.
