Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) is seeking a partner organization to provide fellows at early career stages of climate or clean energy focused careers to participate in full-time fellowships over the course of typically 9-12 months. The partner organization will provide vetted fellow candidates for selection based on projects identified for fellowships, partnering with SVCE in their selection process. The fellows will be considered employees of the partner organization and offered wages, benefits, liability insurance coverage and potentially other stipends to support their livelihood while acting as a contractor to SVCE in completing the fellowship. The partner organization should provide support and training for the group of fellows through orientation, trainings, certifications, professional development, mentorship, and performance reviews. The partner should provide support for the SVCE supervisor and fellow to ensure smooth partnership and completion of each fellow's set project, including tracking metrics that measure success.
