Selected resources will embed within ERCOT's technology teams and work alongside existing staff to build enterprise-grade AI solutions. Key dates include a Notice of Intent to Propose due March 12, 2026, Respondent Questions due March 16, 2026, with responses provided March 23, 2026. Respondent Proposals must be submitted by April 6, 2026. Respondent Presentations may be required with timing to be determined. The anticipated contract award and contract start date will be determined at a later time.
