Southern California Edison (SCE) is issuing a Request for Offers under the Green Tariff Shared Renewables (GTSR) Program to acquire energy from Generating Facilities, with emphasis on facilities located in Environmental Justice (EJ) communities as defined by the California EPA's CalEnviroScreen tool. The GTSR program provides access to renewable energy resources for ratepayers unable to access onsite generation benefits. There are two participation options: Green Tariff (also called Green Rate) and Enhanced Community Renewables Projects (ECR, formerly CR-RAM). This procurement is being conducted pursuant to CPUC decisions D.15-01-051, D.16-05-006, D.17-07-007, and Resolution E-5028.
