Southern California Edison Company (SCE) is soliciting offers to supply SCE with GHG Offset Credits to satisfy SCE's compliance obligations under the California Air Resources Board's (ARB's) Cap-and-Trade Regulations. SCE will accept complete and conforming indicative offers for GHG Offset Credits from eligible Participants from May 19, 2017 until June 9, 2017.
