Ava Community Energy seeks qualified firms or individuals to provide on-demand marketing support services. The solicitation is structured to identify a pool of resources that Ava can utilize for multiple service areas on an as-needed basis. Vendors may submit proposals for one or more sections of this RFP.
The scope of services includes five primary areas: Public Relations for day-to-day reputation management and time-bound campaigns; Campaign and Creative Support including awareness-building and program-specific efforts; Media Management encompassing strategy, planning, placement and optimization; Event Support including conception, management, execution and staff augmentation for customer, stakeholder and staff events; and Digital Accessibility Support providing website and document compliance with ADA standards and inclusivity best practices, including staff training development.
Ava indicates that the type and volume of its marketing efforts have evolved in recent years, necessitating qualified partners to augment internal staff expertise on both ongoing and ad hoc bases depending on the specific service requirements. Vendors should demonstrate relevant expertise, experience, and a clear approach showing capability to deliver required services.
As a result of this RFP, Ava intends to award one or more on-call vendor agreements based on highest-ranked scores according to established evaluation criteria. The question submission deadline is Monday, March 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM PDT. The proposal submission deadline is Friday, April 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM PDT.
