Request for marketing services to support the Compact's energy efficiency and power supply programs and consumer advocacy efforts for customers on Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. Services include: (1) Maintain social media sites (Facebook and Twitter) with vendor contributing energy and regional related material for posts, creating strategy to increase participation and followers while Compact staff approves all content and responds to customer inquiries; (2) Annual Report to the Community - design, format, compiling and populating information for annual report distributed to member towns and counties by October 1, including Compact program information, highlights, and financial audit information, with Compact staff approving format, content and proofs before finalization and handling printing; (3) Maintain regular communications with Compact to ensure program needs are met and identify additional marketing opportunities; (4) Seek Compact approval before undertaking any significant planning, development or implementation tasks. Service term is August 1, 2017 to July 31, 2018.
