Orange County Power Authority (OCPA) seeks a firm to provide an online marketplace service for residential energy efficient products and smart home devices. The vendor will create and manage a geo-targeted, utility-branded online marketplace platform with a dedicated URL address to support OCPA objectives linked to overall program strategy of rebate processing, energy savings generation, and customer engagement. The Residential Product Marketplace Platform will include smart thermostats, power strips, smart plugs, LED bulbs, and home energy monitors. The scope of work includes: creating a marketplace platform with OCPA branding, implementing a digital advertising campaign, incentive design and processing, online purchasing capabilities, customer support services, and comprehensive reporting. The vendor will implement a redemption and payment program, establish customer support services including email and toll-free telephone support, and provide an online dashboard for OCPA to monitor program progress. The contract value is not to exceed $400,000 including all rebates and/or discounts provided to OCPA customers.
