Orange County Power Authority (OCPA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide print and mailing services including bulk-postage rate capabilities. The scope includes printing, delivering and postmarking mailers, as well as printing and facilitating the delivery of brochures, fact sheets, information cards, business cards, and other print collateral. Required mailers include Pre-Enrollment Notice #1, Courtesy Letters, Pre-Enrollment Notice #2, Post-Enrollment Notices, and Joint Rate Comparison. All mailers must be mailed from within Orange County, CA. Contractor will supply all paper and envelopes necessary for mailing, pay for all postage expenses, deliver all mailings to USPS Facility within Orange County, and ensure all mailers are connected to OCPA BCG Account for informed delivery campaigns. OCPA began providing electricity supply services to commercial, industrial, and municipal customers in April 2022 and will begin serving residential customers in October 2022. OCPA serves the cities of Buena Park, Fullerton, Huntington Beach, Irvine, and Unincorporated areas of Orange County.
