Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO), an American Electric Power Company is requesting proposals for additional Photovoltaic Solar (PV Solar) energy to be in commercial operation by December 31, 2024. The Project shall be located at the Fort Sill Military Base in Lawton, OK and have a minimum net output of 10MW to 14MW.
