PacifiCorp is interested in offering 2013 through 2019 vintage RECs (unbundled and or bundled). Certain offered RECs have specific characteristics including eligibility for Washington or Oregon RPS, eligibility for Green-e National Standard, certification by the California Energy Commission as an RPS-eligible resource, may be delivered in a structure that conforms to the California Renewables Portfolio Standard Program requirements, and are generated by resources having obtained California RPS LORS Certification. LORS Certification means certification by the CEC of an electric generation facility not located within the state of California that such facility meets California's environmental quality laws, ordinances, regulations, and standards as set forth in the CEC's RPS Eligibility Guidebook.
