PacifiCorp is seeking bids for specific unbundled RECs products from eligible renewable resources. The RECs must have specific characteristics including: being generated by resources eligible for Oregon RPS, eligible to be CRS-listed, certified by the California Energy Commission as RPS-eligible resources, possibly delivered in a structure conforming to California Renewables Portfolio Standard Program requirements, and having obtained California RPS LORS Certification. Bidders can submit proposals for specific resources or multiple resources as detailed in the RFP document. The RFP includes a list of qualified facilities (QFs) located in the Pacific Northwest that are eligible under Oregon RPS. Bidders can bid for RECs from particular resources, including on an asset-specific basis for all RECs from 2025 from a particular asset.
