PacifiCorp is seeking bids for 2013 through 2021 vintage Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), either unbundled and/or bundled. The offered RECs from eligible renewable resources have specific characteristics including: eligibility for Washington or Oregon Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS), eligibility for Green-e National Standard, certification by the California Energy Commission as an RPS-eligible resource, may be delivered in a structure that conforms to California Renewables Portfolio Standard Program requirements, and generation from resources having obtained California RPS LORS Certification (certification by the CEC of electric generation facilities not located within California that meet California's environmental quality laws, ordinances, regulations, and standards).
