PacifiCorp is interested in offering 2016 through 2021 vintage RECs (unbundled and or bundled). Certain offered RECs from eligible renewable resources have specific characteristics including: being generated by a resource eligible for Washington or Oregon RPS, being generated by a resource eligible for Green-e National Standard, being generated by a resource that has been certified by the California Energy Commission as an RPS-eligible resource, may be delivered in a structure that conforms to the definition and attributes required for compliance with the California Renewables Portfolio Standard Program, and are generated by a resource having obtained California RPS LORS Certification.
