PacifiCorp is interested in offering 2023 through June 2026 vintage RECs (unbundled and or bundled). The offered RECs have specific characteristics including: being generated by resources eligible for Washington or Oregon RPS, certified by the California Energy Commission as an RPS-eligible resource, may be delivered in a structure that conforms to California Renewables Portfolio Standard Program requirements, and generated by resources that have obtained California RPS LORS Certification. LORS Certification means certification by the CEC of an electric generation facility not located within California that meets California's environmental quality laws, ordinances, regulations, and standards as set forth in the CEC's RPS Eligibility Guidebook.
