San Diego Community Power (SDCP) is seeking to purchase Local Resource Adequacy (RA) products for the 2021-2023 period. SDCP will execute purchases utilizing the WSPP as the overarching Master Agreement with counterparties that have not executed an EEI Master with SDCP.
