East Bay Community Energy (EBCE) seeks submittal of loan requests from relevant and experienced stakeholders for zero-emission medium and heavy-duty (MD/HD) goods movement vehicles (Class 3-8) and charging infrastructure projects. EBCE is offering to loan up to $3M to eligible projects. The loan term cannot exceed 10 years, nor be longer than the usable life of the asset or the customer agreement. Projects must be located and operating in Alameda County (excluding the City of Alameda), the City of Tracy, and Stockton.
