The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) is seeking qualified contractor(s) to provide support services to its Advanced Commercial Water Heating program. The program aims to accelerate market adoption of commercial gas heat pumps and dual-fuel solutions in the Northwest region.
The contractor will be responsible for developing and executing targeted engagement plans with Key Partners, including both manufacturers and key stakeholders. The primary goals are to strengthen existing relationships, gather market intelligence, identify collaboration opportunities, inform program strategy, and support market acceleration efforts in the Northwest. The program is currently in the program development phase, which focuses on information gathering, assumption verification, identifying market barriers and opportunities, clarifying product definition, validating performance, and targeted market engagement.
In addition to strategic market engagement with manufacturers and stakeholders, the contractor will support ongoing performance testing and field demonstration recruitment efforts. Specifically, the contractor will leverage engagement activities to identify leads for field demonstrations in hotel and full-service restaurant applications across the Northwest, building on existing multi-family field demonstrations already in progress.
