The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Owner's Project Management (OPM) services in support of an upcoming office relocation. The selected firm will serve as MassCEC's day-to-day project management partner, representing the organization's interests and coordinating tenant-side planning, procurement, and execution for a move into new office space where base building and tenant improvements will be managed by the landlord.
The engagement will focus on schedule and budget tracking, vendor coordination, technology and furniture planning, move logistics, and occupancy readiness. The selected firm will coordinate among landlord representatives, tenant-retained vendors, and internal MassCEC staff to ensure a smooth and timely transition into the new space.
The project timeline is anticipated to begin in May 2026, with services concluding by the end of the first quarter of 2027, although MassCEC has not yet finalized the lease or move date. MassCEC anticipates awarding a contract with a total not to exceed budget in the range of $60,000 to $90,000, depending on the scope, service level, staffing approach, and duration proposed by the applicant.
