San Diego Community Power (SDCP) is seeking qualified firms to provide professional services to develop and file SDCP's Business Plan application and related documents to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). The scope of services includes: 1) Business Plan Development - coordinating with SDCP staff to create a Business Plan that will be submitted to the CPUC for review and approval, outlining Programs and various sectors for energy efficiency support as part of the Regional Energy Network (REN), drafting and reviewing the final application and related documents, ensuring compliance with existing legislation and regulations; 2) CPUC Energy Division support - assisting with reports, filings, and documentation required for CPUC, SDG&E, and other agencies, consulting and recommending strategies in regulatory and compliance proceedings; 3) Data Analysis/Market Analysis - identifying Programs that would benefit from REN implementation, working on goals and metrics for energy efficiency measures analysis, developing proposed energy savings targets and estimates of benefits and costs; 4) California Energy Efficiency Coordinating Committee (CAEECC) Stakeholder support - assisting with the CAEECC review process, addressing comments, and assisting with final submittal. The work is expected to commence in May 2023 through January 2024.
