Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (CPA) is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to provide support in implementing CPA's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) plan within the parameters of California's Proposition 209. The selected contractor will be responsible for: 1) assessing internal stakeholders' interests, concerns, and perceptions of CPA's current DEI practices; 2) facilitating an internal stakeholder engagement process to develop a shared understanding and expression of the organization's DEI mission, vision, and goals; and 3) developing a more granular implementation roadmap taking into consideration organizational priorities, resources, readiness, and Proposition 209. The scope of work includes conducting a DEI assessment, designing and delivering educational workshops, facilitating the development of a DEI mission and values statement, and creating a detailed DEI implementation plan with metrics, roles, responsibilities, timelines, and resource requirements.
