Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (CPA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide managed information technology (IT) services to enhance the reliability and security of CPA systems, streamline operations, and provide an excellent service experience for CPA employees. The selected provider will serve as CPA's Managed Services Provider (MSP) and deliver a full range of IT services including IT help desk support, IT asset management, cloud management, information/data/records management, application management, cybersecurity services, and other miscellaneous IT support. CPA currently has approximately 80 staff members working both remotely across the United States and in a hybrid format, with an office in downtown Los Angeles. CPA employs primarily cloud-based technologies including AWS, Snowflake, Sigma, Tableau, QuickBooks, and a custom-built Energy Trading and Risk Management platform hosted on AWS.
