  3. Project Management/Performance Metrics - participating in regular meetings; providing presentations and updates to SDCP Board; offering flexible capacity to handle multiple projects; and developing performance metrics.
  4. Agency Branding, Design, Messaging and Identity Transition (Optional) - working with current SDCP Consultant to transfer assets.

Group 2 (Website Redesign & Website Maintenance) services include:

  1. Web Redesign, Content Development, and Maintenance - redesigning SDCP's website; developing professional pages incorporating best practices in UI/UX and ADA compliance; developing website functionality; providing a defined process for new content creation; analyzing website analytics; and providing an easy-to-use interface for staff to make content updates.
  2. Website Transition (Optional) - working with the current SDCP Consultant to transfer all website assets.
