San Diego Community Power (SDCP) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional services in two service groups: Group 1 (Marketing and Communications) and Group 2 (Website Redesign & Website Maintenance). Proposers may apply to provide one or both service groups. The services will support SDCP's marketing, outreach, and communication efforts. The expected work commencement date is on or about May 13, 2024, with an initial contract term of two years and the possibility of up to two additional one-year extensions.
Group 1 (Marketing and Communications) services include:
- Agency Branding, Design, Messaging and Identity - developing, enhancing, implementing and maintaining a multifaceted plan for building targeted program awareness and engaging potential customers; refreshing style guides; creating sub-brand names/logos; updating core messaging; implementing ADA compliance and providing multilingual support; developing/updating program collateral; developing informational videos; and providing strategic counsel.
- Marketing and Advertising Campaign(s) - developing campaigns for general awareness and specific customer offers/programs; creating multilingual and multicultural campaigns utilizing paid and earned media across various channels; developing themes and creative messaging; and targeting different audience segments.
- Project Management/Performance Metrics - participating in regular meetings; providing presentations and updates to SDCP Board; offering flexible capacity to handle multiple projects; and developing performance metrics.
- Agency Branding, Design, Messaging and Identity Transition (Optional) - working with current SDCP Consultant to transfer assets.
Group 2 (Website Redesign & Website Maintenance) services include:
- Web Redesign, Content Development, and Maintenance - redesigning SDCP's website; developing professional pages incorporating best practices in UI/UX and ADA compliance; developing website functionality; providing a defined process for new content creation; analyzing website analytics; and providing an easy-to-use interface for staff to make content updates.
- Website Transition (Optional) - working with the current SDCP Consultant to transfer all website assets.
