Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (CPA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide printing and mailing services. CPA intends to award either a contract to one Proposer for both printing and mailing or a contract to two Proposers for printing and mailing services separately. Services include printing and mailing of various customer notices throughout the year including: 1) Move-in Mailers (approximately 5,000 notices weekly), 2) Compliance Mailers (approximately 535,000 mailers annually), 3) Other Notices (approximately 500,000 notices in 2025), and 4) Enrollment Notices (up to 60,000 notices during enrollment periods). The scope of work includes printing services, mailing services, tracking and reporting of progress and costs, and ad hoc printing and mailing services. Proposers must have qualifications and experience working with a CCA, electric, or municipal utilities on customer notifications, be capable of printing/mailing jobs of 500,000+ pieces within two to three weeks, have an SFTP site or use CPA's SharePoint platform, and for mailing services must be located within Los Angeles County.
