Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (CPA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide California Independent System Operator (CAISO) settlement software services. CPA is a Community Choice Aggregator (CCA) program, established as a Joint Powers Authority, made up of 35 local agencies across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. CPA schedules its load and clean energy resources into the CAISO market and engages in bilateral procurement of energy products. The selected contractor will provide a comprehensive settlements software product, implementation services, and training services. The scope includes software settlements product, cloud services and hosting, operational support and maintenance, and implementation services.
