Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (CPA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide a comprehensive settlements software product, implementation services, and training services. The software should manage and track CAISO settlements. CPA is a Community Choice Aggregation program serving approximately one million customer accounts across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties with approximately $800 million in energy procurement costs annually. CPA schedules load and clean energy resources into the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) market and procures energy products bilaterally with dozens of suppliers. The selected contractor will provide a comprehensive settlements software product that includes a data repository for CAISO bill determinants, CAISO settlements functionality, shadow settlements, ad-hoc reporting and dashboard capabilities, data export/import functionality, and E-Tag summary capabilities. The contractor will also provide implementation services, technical and industry-level experience, project management support, troubleshooting services, customer support, and training services.
