Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (CPA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide street teams support and activation services to enhance Clean Power Alliance's presence at community events. The selected agency must demonstrate experience in successfully educating and engaging diverse communities in Southern California through in-person events, providing highly effective street teams capable of understanding and discussing clean energy topics and programs, engaging with members of the public to build brand trust and increase brand visibility, driving foot traffic at events, and ultimately achieving measurable goals. The contractor will be responsible for strategically deploying highly trained and enthusiastic brand ambassadors at specifically selected CPA events, providing transportation for materials to and from events, facilitating setup at events with supervising CPA staff, engaging with the public and assisting CPA staff with interactive experiences, distributing promotional materials, collaborating with internal CPA teams and external partners, ensuring compliance with CPA's ethical standards and relevant California laws, and providing event reports and feedback.
