East Bay Community Energy (EBCE) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide construction and property management services utilizing the necessary project manager personnel to oversee, manage, and administer all phases of the planning, design, construction and maintenance of EBCE's newly purchased headquarters located in Downtown Oakland. The facility projects could range from tenant improvements, workspace configuration, electrical layouts, fire life safety upgrades, energy efficiency upgrades, water efficiency projects, security system installation, and other related improvements.
