Greenville Utilities Commission is seeking sealed bids for the procurement of wire and compression lugs for the MacGregor Downs Generator Site. The project requires the supply of 2,250 feet each of 750 kcmil SIMpull XHHW-2 RW90 copper wire in three color codes (brown, orange, and yellow), 2,250 feet of 250 kcmil SIMpull XHHW-2 RW90 copper wire in black, divided into spools with minimum 450 feet per spool. Additionally, bidders must provide 250 two-hole compression lugs for 750 kcmil copper and 85 two-hole compression lugs for 250 kcmil copper.
Bidders must submit sealed proposals on the official Proposal Form with two copies required. All bids must include unit prices, extensions, brand names, and expected delivery times. Bidders should clearly identify any exceptions to specifications on the Exception Form. The commission reserves the right to award this bid as individual item(s) or as a total bid for all items. Delivery shall be Free on Board (FOB) to GUC Warehouse at 701 Utility Way, Greenville, North Carolina, with delivery hours between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday-Friday only. All deliveries must include the GUC purchase order number on packing slips and related documents.
