Energy Trust of Oregon seeks an implementation contractor to deliver its midstream offer for existing commercial and industrial customers. The midstream offer will serve existing commercial and industrial customers and installers by providing upfront discounts on approved energy efficient lighting and non-lighting equipment purchased through participating distributors. The contract term is four years. This solicitation includes a minimum spend requirement as part of Energy Trust's Inclusive Procurement policy: at least 20% of the total value of the contract (minus incentives) must be subcontracted to one or more certified subcontractors. Energy Trust recognizes a broad array of certifications including those from Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID), the Small Business Administration (SBA), and other verified certifying entities including the upcoming Oregon Small Business Enterprise (pending).
