Ava Community Energy is seeking proposals for program design, marketing support, and implementation of a consumer facing Electric Bicycle Adoption Program (Ava Bike Electric). Ava and the selected vendor(s) will leverage work done through January 2024. Ava is allocating $10 million to this initiative through the end of 2026, with $4 million of those funds coming from partner Alameda County Transportation Commission.
