EBCE is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to provide Engineering and Project Development Services that support development of solar photovoltaic and solar + battery energy storage assets on City and County owned facilities served by EBCE. The services include engineering support, feasibility studies, design development, permitting assistance, and project management for solar and battery energy storage systems on municipal properties.
