Ava Community Energy is seeking a qualified organization to provide treasury management and advisory services to manage Ava's free cash balances. The treasury management services would encompass working with Ava's Finance Department to develop a robust investment policy, creating and deploying investment strategies, assessing market risk, providing market research and analysis, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, attending meetings, providing monthly/quarterly/annual reports on portfolio performance, assisting with development of Ava's Investment Policy, monitoring market conditions and regulation changes, establishing new accounts, providing staff access to online investment accounts, assisting with cash flow analysis, and assisting with end-of-year audit and reporting. Portfolio reports must include composition, portfolio return, maturity, weighted average maturity, transaction activity, maturity date, accrued interest, market and book values, yield to maturity, days to maturity, and portfolio summary statistics. Monthly statements are due by the 5th business day following the end of the month, quarterly statements by the same timeline, and annual statements by the 15th business day following the fiscal year end (June 30).
