Ava Community Energy is seeking proposals from qualified vendors that can provide advisory services that guide Ava's participation in the California Air Resources Board's (CARB) Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) Program and optimize the monetization of LCFS credits that are generated through Ava's portfolio of transportation electrification programs.
