Cape Light Compact is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive marketing services and assist with campaigns for all of the Compact's programs. The selected vendor(s) will develop and execute an integrated education, outreach and marketing strategy to educate approximately 205,000 electric consumers on Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard about the Compact's core efforts including energy efficiency, power supply, and consumer advocacy. Services to be provided include: (1) Marketing Campaign - Create and execute an integrated education, outreach and marketing campaign that aligns with the Cape Light Compact Marketing Plan and targets designated stakeholders while building general brand awareness; (2) Media Strategy - Develop and execute an integrated media strategy including a mass media communications plan featuring paid digital, print, radio and television with creative development and production (actual media placement to be paid directly by Compact); (3) Annual Report - Create format and detail what information should be included, to be distributed to all Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard towns and included on website annually starting winter 2019; (4) Videos - Create at least six (6) short videos (up to 6 minutes each) per calendar year based on case studies telling the story of customers, energy efficiency measures installed, and impact; (5) Materials - Create brochures, rack cards, and flyers for distribution at local businesses and events; (6) Newsletter - Create and distribute monthly e-newsletter to Compact's mailing list; (7) Blog Posts - Create blog posts roughly every two weeks highlighting Compact programs or latest energy efficiency news for website posting; (8) Reporting - Create monthly reports documenting efforts and including analytics data for all digital media and website traffic; (9) Communication - Maintain weekly communications with Compact and required biweekly phone calls stating tasks being worked on and status. The term would commence February 4, 2019 (estimated) and continue through December 31, 2019, with potential renewal for up to three additional one-year terms.
