This Request for Proposals seeks qualified applicants to conduct a comprehensive market study of the structural testing industry in the United States. The study will analyze the overall structural testing market and identify adjacent markets where the Wind Technology Testing Center (WTTC) facilities and technical expertise can be strategically leveraged and expanded. Applicants will be responsible for evaluating market opportunities, assessing competitive positioning, and providing strategic recommendations for expanding WTTC's service offerings into new sectors. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility assessment for structural testing services related to emerging technologies in the clean energy and climate sectors.
